Our Blast units use high-speed fans and directed airflow to ensure the rapid heat exchange between your product and the passing air. In addition, the Blast units use twin system refrigeration circuits ensuring you get the maximum efficiency during the chilling or freezing cycle.

As standard, various safety features are in place to ensure end user safety. Personnel Trapped Alarm, Emergency Door Release and Emergency Lighting all provide the necessary safe-guards should they be required. Moreover, Mains Failure and Over/Under Temperature Alarms will alert you with an audible siren and flashing beacons.

The unit interior is specifically designed to be food-safe and easy to clean. Lighting and non-slip resin floors allow for a safe and manageable working environment. Door and Door frame heaters ensure that there is no excessive ice build-up for safe and easy access. Furthermore, with data loggers coming as standard, temperature history can be viewed on a print out at any time.

The 34m2 Blast unit can be easily set up on site, powered by a 160 amp power supply, 3 phases.  When purchasing our unit it will come standard with a 6 month warranty, as we have the upmost confidence in our Coldstores, ensuring only the best quality is provided.
