This quick thaw unit, which can also be used as a holding box at the turn of a switch, has been designed to optimise the flow of warmed air through the product to provide the most efficient controlled thawing of product.

The unit includes a standard refrigeration unit, electric heater battery, false ceiling and additional air movement fans all control by our bespoke tempering control panel which controls the equipment based on the customers product temperature.

The bottom end of the complex has the capacity to store pallets four deep.

This could either be used for bulk stacking of pallets or remove a row of pallets to create an isle.

This complex comprises of two chill coldstores with an internal link. It is fitted with two self contained Carrier Electra refrigeration units.

The coldstore has 2 easy opening double doors with internal release located at both ends of the store giving ideal stock throughput.

This complex can be used as a stand alone storage unit or attached to an existing building to increase its capacity the complex as a datalogger with temperature alarm, non slip resin floor and internal lighting.

The coldstore can be up and running down to temperature ready to use after 3 days of on site installation.
